Cargo tracking:
For packages sent by FedEx, our company will generate a tracking number after processing and shipping. Normally, it can be accessed online the next day after being shipped from our company. After going online, the tracking number provided by our company can be used as reference information for real-time tracking. The query method is as follows:
1. FedEx official website query: http://www.fedex.com/hk/2. Enter the tracking number in the shipment query and click on the query button to retrieve the information.
Claims related:
1. Application time: From the date of claim, our company will assist in filing a claim with FedEx. The actual compensation time will be subject to FedEx's receipt;
2. Compensation for package loss declared value, without refunding shipping fees, but not exceeding USD 100 (including shipping fees and declared value of goods); (Note: For those below this standard, compensation will be based on the invoice value); Please provide a written claim letter to our company within 7 days from the date of the incident, otherwise no compensation will be made. If the package is damaged, partially lost or delayed, no compensation will be provided; If the customer has other requirements, they can purchase cargo insurance themselves;
3. FedEx is not liable for compensation in the following situations
1、 Due to force majeure (excluding insured packages).
2、Items that violate the prohibition or restriction of mailing shall be confiscated by the competent authority or dealt with in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
3、The package is delivered intact with no signs of tampering, and the recipient has signed for it according to the prescribed procedures. If the recipient later discovers that the contents are missing or damaged.
4、 If the package is lost or delayed due to the customer's responsibility or the nature of the item being shipped.
5、If the customer fails to inquire and claim compensation from the date of self delivery of the package until the expiration of the inquiry period.
6、International packages are detained, confiscated, or destroyed by the country of destination in accordance with its domestic laws and regulations.
Return related: We provide return services. If FedEx returns a package overseas, the corresponding shipping fees, tariffs, fines, and other fees will be borne by the sender. The sender should assist Baotongda staff in handling and paying the corresponding fees to collect the returned package.
